Returns/Exchanges/Damages

RETURNS

We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Before returning your item(s) all RETURNS must be approved by management. We will issue you a credit in the amount of the items returned minus the 20% restocking fee once we have the product back in our hands damaged-free. EXCHANGES

Inventory will NOT be held for items being exchanged. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Before returning your item(s) all EXCHANGES must be approved by management. DAMAGES

Please send photos of the damaged item(s) to us by phone (text a picture) (254) 534-3473   or email  (DJsRustySpurBoutique@gmail.com)    within 7 business days of receiving your order. Once photos have been received and approved by management. We will issue you a credit in the amount of the damaged item(s) for you to use on your next purchase, or send a replacement if inventory allows.
